Symptom

  • Non-admin users are not able to change data source in a WebI document.
  • The option "Change Source" in the Data (BI 4.3)/Data Access (BI 4.2 and lower) tab of a WebI report is grayed out .
  • The option is accessible using administrator user account(s).
