3046860 - Not able to save Recruiting Offer Letter Templates in Role Based Permissions - Recruiting Management

• When a user selects all Offer Letter Templates to be permissioned for a role in the Admin Center, the changes are not getting saved
• There are no Offer Letter Templates to select

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM)

1. Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles
2. Select a role
3. Permissions > Recruiting Offer Letter Template
4. Click on Access Recruiting Offer Letter Templates
5. Select All > Done
6. Save changes
7. Check the permissions > the permissions have not been saved

When selecting "Others" and more than one Offer Letter Template instead, the permissions are getting saved. 

The issue is caused by a missing value for the permission type offer_letter_template in the Data Base. 

Please try the following options first:

1. Go to the Admin Center
2. Go to Manage Recruiting Settings
3. Go to Enable Role-based Permissions for Recruiting Email Templates
4. Untick the box for "Offer Letter email templates" and click on save
5. Tick the box for "Offer Letter email templates"  and click on save
6. Log out and log in again
7. Check if the permissions are being saved

If all the above steps fail please submit an incident to Cloud Support.

As a workaround, in "Manage Permission Roles" you can select "Others" and all Offer Letter Templates and the permissions are getting saved.
