3046971 - "Entity could not be created" error during creation of a new org entity

While performing the creation of new organizational entity / object the following error appears:

"Entity could not be created"

The error "Entity could not be created" typically comes up if an object couldn't be created due to object locked during creation. It can be caused if the same SSCUI is open in edit mode or in very rare cases the lock is caused by a background process.

Do not open the app in edit mode parallel (neither with other nor with the same user) and please make sure no related SSCUI's are in edit mode.
