In Manage Your Solution app, the SSCUI Maintain Determination of Value-Added Tax Registration Number (ID: 103110) is not available.

• SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2102

This configuration step is only missing when the local version is Germany.

It will be corrected in CE2105.

Before then, as the workaround, if there are multiple local versions to be available on system, since it's a global SSCUI, it's workable to switch to another local version to find the SSCUI and add the corresponding maintenance.
