3047215 - [Onboarding] How to change Hiring manager during Onboarding Process

Symptom

During the Onboarding Process, Manager change for an external user is required as the previous manager had to leave the company/different manager conducted the interview process/ etc. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Resolution

  1. Initiate Onboarding Process 
  2. Go to the Onboarding Dashboard and search for the user
  3. Click Actions >> New Hire Data
  4. Update the Manager/Supervisor Name under Job Information Portlet
  5. Submit the New Hire Data
