3047215 - How to change Hiring manager during Onboarding Process - Onboarding

During the Onboarding Process, Manager change for an external user is required as the previous manager had to leave the company/different manager conducted the interview process/ etc. 

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Option one:

1. Initiate Onboarding Process.
2. Go to the Onboarding Dashboard and search for the user.
3. Click Actions >> New Hire Data.
4. Update the Manager/Supervisor Name under Job Information Portlet.
5. Submit the New Hire Data.

Option two:

1. Navigate to Manage Data.
2. Process > Search for the affected candidate.
3. Take Action and make Correction.
4. Change the manager on the object and Save.

Note: We do not currently support updating the manager field via API. Our recommendation is to update this field directly on the UI.
