Symptom

The automatically determined due date for a partner cash flow item is not as expected per business need.
In exceptional cases, it is required to maintain another due date manually instead.

Hint: If a different behavior is expected for multiple items, it could be helpful to instead maintain the condition and the frequency term accordingly.
