Symptom

Assign Buddy, Recommended Links and Recommended People display suggested users to hiring manager from the previously selected users.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Assign Buddy Task
  2. Notice previous buddy's you have used are presented
  3. You do not want to see these suggestions

Resolution

In 2H 2025 release, Hiring managers or onboarding participants can now use the Show Previously Used toggle to display or clear previously used recommendations.
