Symptom

  • Users see an icon in the page header that launches a product feedback survey for SAP SuccessFactors.
  • A feedback pop-up “Your Opinion Matters” is displayed to users.
  • How to disable the Product Feedback in the page header?

Resolution

The “Give Product Feedback” button in the page header allows users to manually submit feedback from any page. This feedback helps SAP continuously improve its software.

In addition to this button, the Product Feedback feature may occasionally display a pop-up (“Your Opinion Matters”) on certain SuccessFactors pages, inviting users to complete a short survey. These prompts appear only on specific pages and typically occur about three to five times per year.

To opt out of this feature, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Admin Center.
  2. Navigate to Company System and Logo Settings.
  3. Locate the option “Disable Product Feedback in Page Header.”



  4. Check the box to disable the Product Feeback.
  5. Click Save to apply the changes.

Once this setting is enabled, the “Give Product Feedback” button will no longer appear in the page header. Additionally, the periodic survey pop-ups (“Your Opinion Matters”) will also be disabled.

Notes:

  • The feedback cannot be viewed or reportable from the instance.
  • Currently, the feature is only available in English.
