Symptom

Issue : An error occurred while accessing admin Centre - External User Visibility Tool.

Error Message: An error occurred while fetching last job run details

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

1. Admin Centre- External User visibility tool - click on any entity and run job.

2.It will throw an error message.

Cause

Internal Issues identified and team is working on it.

Resolution

Work-Around :

As a work-around ,job can be configured in provisioning.

Create a Job in Provisioning :

1.Manage schedule jobs- create a new job and choose job type as "External user Visibility updater job"

2.In Object type id ,please mention below:

CustomPayType,CountrySpecificValidationConfiguration,PickList,MessageDefinition,emailInfo_dependent,homeAddress_dependent,nationalIdCard_dependent,personalInfo_dependent,personInfo_dependent,phoneInfo_dependent,globalInfo_dependent

You can either pass one or more entity. when you are passing more entity, please make sure we don't have any spaces.

3. Run the job and external user visibility will set.

Permanent fix :

Engineering Team is working for permanent fix.
