The requirement is to delete wrongly posted journal entries by archiving.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Reproducing the Issue
You have journal entries created for wrong reason, and now you want to delete/archive these journal entries.
Cause
Archiving as a functionality does not exist in Cloud. It is used for data protection and privacy to block and destroy documents after some time, but is cannot be used directly.
Resolution
Directly deleting documents is not supported for legal reasons.
