3047919 - System landscape tab in System Administration is not working or responding in Enterprise Portal

While accessing Enterprise portal, Users are facing issue with System Landscape tab.
System Landscape tab takes lot of time to open and once it is open still it responding to slow.

In default trace file, You will find this below error,
