Symptom

  • The MAXINTERNALSERVICELEVEL (MAX ISL) is set for a product/location to be 0.50, for example.
  • After running the IO operators, the value of AVERAGESERVICELEVEL (ASL) at that product/location is greater (0.999 for example).
  • See the following information for how that can happen.
