You are looking for an app to check BOM cost trend by monthly and wants to export the data.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

There is no such app.

However, to check previous cost estimates, App Display Material Cost Estimates could be used.

It is possible to export the itemization list to Excel.

In order to export the BOM structure of a material cost estimate, use the app Material Cost Estimates and enter your selection criteria.

Choose one cost estimate and push the button Mutilevel BOM to navigate to the BOM structure. Here you can export the list to a file (System > List > Save).

Note that per default the BOM structure displays Material positions only. But you can display all related item positions under Settings > All Items.
