Using the SSCUI / Configuration Activity (CBC System) - 102781 'Maintain Budget Availability Control Profile for Cost Centers':

1. There is a requirement to upload and control budget on a monthly basis.
2. There is a requirement to carryforward remaining budget to next period.

1. ‘Annual Budget’ is the only time range available/allowed for cost center budget control.
2. There is no budget carry forward funcitonality available. The left over budget should be considered in the new annual budget planning (when uploading new budget for next year).
