Symptom
How can I repost an expired or deleted job in Recruiting Posting?
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting
Resolution
From job status table
1. Select the job requisition you want to repost > click Job Posting
2. Go to Actions menu in the job status table on top right and select Repost Job or Repost on all expired job boards
3. Depending on if you want to modify the content or job boards' selection, choose between repost with or without modification
Please note that if you want to make any changes (content, job boards, new RCM end date), you need to perform the repost with modification.
Also, if you select to repost without modification, the previous posting cannot contain any error (missing or invalid configuration, invalid field etc.), otherwise you will get an error (An application error occurred).
If the job is still posted on at least one job board, you should be able to use Repost Job buttons directly in the job status table to repost the job on expired job boards.
Note: When reposting a job the job board will receive this posting as a new job posting instead of a reposted job because a new Posting Id is created on Recruiting Posting side.
