3048839 - How to rename "SuccessFactors Home" in SAP Jam sysrtem

Symptom

  • When in SAP Jam the menu to go back to SuccessFactors doesn't reflect the naming used by customer for their SF instance
  • customer would like to change the name "SuccessFactors Home" from the menu to go back to SuccessFactors

SAP Jam Collaboration

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to SAP Jam
  2. click on the SAP Jam instance name on the top left to see the option to go back to SuccessFactors
  3. the SuccessFactors name is "SuccessFactors Home"


Cause

By default the SuccessFactors Product name is "SuccessFactors Home" in SAP Jam 

Resolution

  1. In SAP Jam go to Admin -> Branding -> web
  2. under Company tab change the 'SuccessFactors Product name' field as required
  3. save
  4. Now the SuccessFactors name will be as you entered
