3048946 - No data displayed in Manage Data Storage

Symptom

After assigning the permission for Manage Data Storage, there is no data displayed or the data is not up to date.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Assign the permission to access Manage Data Storage (see help guide).
  2. Access Manage Data Storage.
  3. Directly after the 2105 (1H 2021) release there is no data displayed.
  4. Or for "Total Usage" it shows "Data presented in this page is collected at" is from several days ago.

Cause

  • Expected behavior.
  • The data is only collected once a week, Friday Night into Saturday.
  • Directly after the release there will be no data until the following weekend when it is collected.
  • Once the first week has passed the data will be collected and updated in Manage Data Storage once a week.

Resolution

Wait for the data to be collected the following weekend.

Obs: Manage Data Storage shows overall tenant data usage, and there is no history nor report available for it.
