Does the Recruiting Management module, or SuccessFactors in general has a Sanctions Scanner functionality?

No. SuccessFactors does not have a Sanctions Scanner functionality embedded on the product, if that would be a specific requirement for your business, it would be necessary to implement this functionality via a custom integration, using a middleware to get the information from SuccessFactors and compare with the Sanctions Scanner using its API.

Another option is to adopt a Background Check vendor that already executes the verification on the Sanctions List, as this would be part of a Background Check on candidates and applications of your company. SuccessFactors offers the ways to implement this via Either a Third-Party Vendor, or directly connecting it via API using a middleware, but it does not have the verification as a product functionality, this would be something up to the business opt-in if they feel it is necessary.

This topic has been brought up to our Product Management team, and they have informed that if this would be necessary to be implemented on the future, it is required that customers create an Enhancement Request for this via Influence Portal, as it is a whole new idea/functionality implementation.
