3048961 - Missing leading zeroes in Excel when opening exported .csv file from Web Intelligence

Symptom

  • Missing leading zeroes when exporting or scheduling data from Web Intelligence in CSV (data only) format.
  • Leading zeroes are not preserved when opening a .csv file in Excel.
  • It is the same when we save the Web Intelligence report from Web Intelligence Rich Client in CSV format.
  • Export to Excel and PDF works fine.
