3049111 - Comments were not saved. Try again. If this issue persists, then contact SAP support error in SAP Analytics Cloud for Planning (SAC)

The following error occurs in SAP Analytics Cloud for Planning (SAC) when you add a data point commenting (DPC) in the comment column or comment popup:

• Comments were not saved. Try again. If this issue persists, then contact SAP support.

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise)

This error happens if a null value [no value] in the filter is selected.

As of now comments are not supported on filters with no value.

"No value" is a representation of an empty value in the dimension property column of model. Please update the model to have some string value instead of an empty value.
