3049249 - Hyperlink in Fiori BI Launchpad based on a Lumira dashboard ignores the XQUERY/Global variable value

• Hyperlink in Fiori BI Launchpad based on a Lumira dashboard ignores the Global variable value defined in the OpenDocument URL when opened in same tab as the BI Launchpad. 
• The Global Variable is applied if the hyperlink is opened in a new tab
  
  For example:
  
  "/BOE/OpenDocument/opendoc/openDocument.jsp?sIDType=CUID&iDocID=Abvs_MBXGMZPlq17hzxpzwE&XVariable1=xxx" would open in a new tab however the value is not applied
  
  "http://<hostname>:<port>/BOE/OpenDocument/opendoc/openDocument.jsp?sIDType=CUID&iDocID=Abvs_MBXGMZPlq17hzxpzwE&XVariable1=xxx" would open in the same tab with the value applied

• Hyperlink in Fiori BI Launchpad based on Lumira Generic Analysis template does not apply the  XQUERY value defined in the OpenDocument URL when opened in same tab as the BI Launchpad. The Dashboard will display the prompt as ‘DATA SOURCE BROWSER’ even though XQUERY value is defined in hyperlink properties.
  
• The dashboard will display the value defined as the XQUERY value if opened in a new tab
  
  For example:
  
  "/BOE/OpenDocument/opendoc/openDocument.jsp?sIDType=CUID&iDocID=AcOti92KCSNOuBmaRglhHhc&XQUERY=xxx" would open in a new tab however the value is not applied
  
  "http://<localhost>:<port>/BOE/OpenDocument/opendoc/openDocument.jsp?sIDType=CUID&iDocID=AcOti92KCSNOuBmaRglhHhc&XQUERY=xxx" would open in the same tab however with the value applied
