3049331 - Unexpected Timeline View in Visits After Migration

Symptom

You see unexpected dates maintained for sales quotes in the Timeline view in visits, after migration.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Visits work centre view
  2. Open a migrated visit.

Result:

  • In the Visit time line a sales quote is showing for date 22.04.2021 (all dates here are examples)
  • This sales quote was migrated on 22.04.2021 but the quote has the date 01.01.2021.
  • You expect to see 01.01.2021, as this is also shown in the account overview.

Cause

For migrated visits - we just show the creation date of the quote in timeline view.

Resolution

This is currently the expected system behaviour.
