When using V2 of Enterprise Projects API API_ENTERPRISE_PROJECT_SRV, to create a Project the custom fields are not populated.

Reproducing the Issue
Send a post call as below, including custom fields in the payload:
Cause
This is a bug in the system which will be fixed in 2108 release.
Resolution
The fix for the issue will be delivered with release 2108.
Custom fields still work for the project element and for patch call after creation, so a patch call after creation to update the fields in the header may be used as a workaround while the fix is not delivered.
