You installed the Collaboration Window on a Microsoft Server or terminal server and it is not working as expected

Upload the Supplier Invoice scanned by your OCR Software and you get an error i.e.: upload failed.

The collaboration window is a Windows Desktop application.

The Installation on a MS Server or Terminal Server is not supported.

 Installation on Windows Desktop Operation Systems works.
