3049613 - Language of ARM inspection specific texts in return order

Multiple users are working on a return order, who are using different logon languages. One user would maintain the Inspection comments/Customer comments and another would display the same returns order.
The return order is maintained in language e.g. 'DE' (German) and the other user who is logged on with 'EN' (English) would display the Inspection Comments. You expect German texts, but the texts are displayed in the logon language of the current user or if that is not available the Inspection comments/Customer comments texts are not displayed at all.
