3049722 - SmartEdit Errors due to Missing Webservices Extensions

Symptom

When accessing SmartEdit menu below error messages are noticed:

  • Http failure response for https:/<cloud sandbox url>/permissionswebservices/v1/permissions/principals/admin/global?permissionNames=smartedit.configurationcenter.read: 404 OK
  • Http failure response for https://<cloud sandbox url>/permissionswebservices/v1/permissions/principals/admin/catalogs?catalogId=electronics-spaContentCatalog&catalogVersion=Staged: 404 OK

In the console of the browser, below error can also be seen:

"Failed to determine authorization for the following permissions: smartedit.configurationcenter.read"
