3049746 - Compensation Template Name not Updating After Change

Symptom

The Form Template Name is not changing name after updating it in Advance Settings of the Template. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Template&Forms

Reproducing the Issue

Go to:

  1. Admin Center
  2. Compensation Home
  3. Select Template
  4. Settings and Advance Settings
  5. Change Template name and save
  6. Result: Template name remains the same as old value

Cause

The system was in a different language when the template was created.

Resolution

In order to change the template name, the system language needs to be changed back to the language the template was created in.
