3049780 - "Last modified by" not displayed in Picklist center

The "last modified by" value for a MDF picklist you edited or created is not displaying your user as the last modified by, you just see a blank entry/line

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Login as your user
2. Make a change to a picklist value and save
3. Check what permission roles you have the employee export permission assigned from
4. Edit those roles so the target population > edit granting has the option "Exclude granted users from having the permission access to themselves" enabled
5. Log out and back in
6. Go to picklist center and check the picklist value you just edited 
7. You will not see the Last Modified by - it will be blank
8. The same also applies if another user last modified the picklist and you do not have that user in the target population for the role assigning you the Employee Export permission

When the picklist center loads the picklists it sends out a request for the last modified by and returns the values based on the target population of the employee export permission

If the person who made the change to the picklist is not included in the target population for role assigning the Employee Export permission you will not be able to see who that last modified by was

This also applies to yourself if the role assigning the Employee Export permission has the option in Edit Granting "Exclude granted users from having the permission access to themselves" enabled

Check the employee export permission and ensure the person who made the change to the picklist last is included in the target population

If your own user was the person who last modified the picklist - disable the option "Exclude granted users from having the permission access to themselves"  from Edit Granting of all roles assigning you the Employee Export permission
