3049956 - Application Error when selecting Service User - Onboarding

Go to Update Process Flows for Onboarding and Offboarding, select service user and application error appear.

SAP Successfactors Onboarding

1. Go to Update Process Flows for Onboarding and Offboarding
2. Click *Select Service User dropdown and select the user
3. Application error appear

Either specified service user doesn't exist, or session user doesn't have proxy permission on the specified service user

1. Enable proxy permission in reference to: https://help.sap.com/viewer/c94ed5fcb5fe4e0281f396556743812c/2105/en-US/8f93fafb7b13424a825cffec85b5d7f2.html?q=service%20user
2. If the error still there, the user you are selecting is an invalid user
3. Proxy as the affected user and limited permissions are enabled.
Please add new Service User as the one you are selecting is invalid user
To add Service User:
1. Go to permission group OnboardingBPEServiceUser and add the user.
2. Enable Proxy Rights From a Service User by going to Proxy Management.
