3049988 - How to add Item conditions in Purchase Order Output form template

Symptom

Item price conditions like Discount and Gross amount are expected to be printed in the Purchase Order Output Form.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Crate a Purchase Order
  2. Go to messages/output managenement 
  3. Display the document
  4. Missing item price conditions

Cause

Missing configuration on Purchase Order Output form. 

** Please note this is currently NOT available for Enhanced limit items

Resolution

  1. Design the form for Pricing Condition as shown below:

     

  2. If the Pricing conditions required is at Item level and is of form Table, Check the field “ Repeat Table for Each Data Item”

  3. Map the field in the Data Biding > Use "Data Connection" > PurchaseOrderNode > PurchaseOderItems > PurchaseOrderItemNode > ItemPricingConditionNodeSet > ItemPricingConditionNode > ConditionAmount
