Managing DRTM Purge Freeze can be done in 2 ways. One is under Admin Center > Import and Export Data. See KBA 2277994. Another ways is via Scheduled job. Here are the steps in managing purge freeze via SFTP import.

First is to create a file that will be used for the import.

1. Download the template for import. You can get it via Admin Center > Import and Export Data. In "Select the action to perform" dropdown, select Download Template. In "Select Generic Object" dropdown, select DRTM Purge Freeze.

2. Once you have the file, fill out the purgeFreezeTargetType column (EMPLOYMENT or CANDIDATE). For employment, fill out employmentIdentity, description and comment fields. For candidate, fill out description, comment and candidateIdentity fields. The employmentIdentity/candidateIdentity and description  are required fields.

employmentIdentity  is same as User ID
candidateIdentity  is same as Candidate ID.
description is the name of candidate or employee.

3. Save the field as .csv then import in your SFTP account.

To set a scheduled job, here are the steps.

1. In Provisioning, go to  Manage Scheduled Jobs

2. Under Job Definition, Fill out the Job Name, Job Owner.

3. For Job Type, select MDF Data Import (FTP). For Select Generic Object, choose DRTM Freeze Purge.

4. For Server Access, fill out Host Address, FTP Login and FTP Password

5. For File Access, fill out File Path and File Name

6. For Job Occurrence & Notification, setup the occurrence of the job and Start Date.

7. Click Create Job button then Submit.
