3050050 - Payment Information not showing in New Hire Data Review or Final Review page - Onboarding

Symptom

Payment Information details portlet does not appear under Compensation Section when completing New Hire Data Review or Final Review page despite being present in the hire template.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login as the HR/Admin to complete the New Hire Data Review or Final Review.
  2. Complete all the details and scroll down to "Compensation".
  3. You will find the "Payment Information" portlet is missing.

Cause

Personal Information Screen Lookup needs to be created for Payment Information.

Resolution

  1. Go to Manage Data > Create New > Personal Information Screen Lookup
  2. Select the Object Type as "Payment Information"
  3. Provide the Screen Id. (NOTE: Screen ID is the Configuration UI that you will be using for the payment information object)
  4. Click on Save
  5. Additionally, the Personal Information Screen Lookup permission needs to be assigned to the user completing the task if the the Personal Information Screen Lookup object is secured in Configure Object Definition
