3050050 - [Onboarding] Payment Information not showing in New Hire Data Review Page - Onboarding/Offboarding

Symptom

Payment Information details portlet does not appear under Compensation Section when completing New Hire Data Review

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  • Login as the HR/Admin to complete the New Hire Data Review
  • Complete all the details and scroll down to "Compensation"
  • You will find the "Payment Information" portlet is missing

Cause

Apart from the RBP Permissions required to view this field, screen configuration is also required.

Resolution

  • Go to Manage Data > Create New > Personal Information Screen Lookup
  • Select the Object Type as "Payment Information"
  • Provide the Screen Id
  • Click on Save
