When creating a campaign from a campaign template or saving a campaign template from a campaign (based on the same template), the following error occurred: User ** (CB**) does not have change authorization; user not added.

Create a campaign from a template or save as template from a campaign.

The owner of the template does not have any Business Roles assigned.

In the App Maintain Business User under tab Identity and Access Management, please assign the relevant business role related to campaign management such as Marketing Expert.
