3050194 - Error when Creating Talent Card using Internet Explorer

• When you create a Talent Card when using the browser Internet Explorer you see a Blank document stating "Skip to Main Content" or a blank document

• SuccessFactors HXM CORE
• Report Center / Talent Card

• Navigate to Employee Profile of the user you wish to create a Talent Card for
• Click on Actions and select Create Talent Card
• Check BIRT
• Select a template
• Click Create
• Open the document and you will see a blank document stating Skip to Main Content

In Chrome and FireFox, the report will be downloaded into the local system before opening the document.

Whereas in case of IE the report shows Skip Contents since it is stored in a temp location.

In order to view the report properly as expected,  Click on Save and then open the file, it should display the content as expected.
