You want to descope the question "Do you want to use solution-supported revenue recognition for sales orders?" when creating new change project.

1. Business Configuration work center
2. Select the Implementation Projects view
3. Select the change project: Mass Payment & Service External Procurement
4. Edit Project Scope
5. Go to the Questions step
6. Expand the Scoping Element: Financial and Management Accounting
7. Select the sub-element: Sales and Profit Analysis
8. Under the Business Option: Revenue Recognition, you will notice that the question: "Do you want to use solution-supported revenue recognition for sales orders?" is selected and Protected.

The question "Do you want to use solution-supported revenue recognition for sales orders?" is a protected question, meaning a decision has to be taken at the time of the go-live only. Changing the scoping later can lead to inconsistencies in the system, therefore the system does not allow this question to be descoped afterwards.
