3050510 - [Onboarding] External User Data not visible when viewing reports in Integration Center - Onboarding/Offboarding

We want to extract Onboarding user data from our system using integration centre. When we view the report, we are getting only blank values for Employment details and Job info fields.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to Admin Centre
2. Integration Centre
3. Open the Report
4. There are blank values in the report

• Missing permissions.
• Filter for external candidates not added in the report.

Integration Centre is dependent on RBP Permission "Admin Access to Odata API" from "Metadata Framework", user viewing the report should have access to this permission with "External User Target Population"

You may additional add a filter in the Report to only view the External User Data.

1. In the Integration Center report > Configure Fields
2. Add field > The Entity Tree View is  Process (ONB2Process)
3. Then find UserNav > Status
4. Add Association Status
   
   
   
5. Once added > Click Filter and Sort from the options
6. Select Status-User is equal to e
   
   
   
7. Click back on Configure Fields to view instant result.
