How to send logs captured in C4C Extended App in iOS Devices

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Resolution

Scenario 1: Send logs via E-mail

  1. Log in to any iOS/Apple device.
  2. Perform steps whereby the issue is being face.
  3. Go to Settings --> Device Settings.
  4. E-mail Log.
  5. iOS mail app is used for mailing the logs.

Scenario 2: Upload Log feature

  1. Enable the logging in Settings of the C4C app by keeping it in "D"

     2. Reproduce the scenario.
     3. Go to settings - My device Settings - Upload Log
     4. Once done change the logging in step 1 to "E".
