3050540 - Custom Code Quality Collector job is not triggered

• One of the managed systems shows job: SM_CCLM:QUAL_<SID> in Status: "Activate Help Assistance". When you try to "release" the job to run, the following message is displayed: "job already active".
  
  
• In Collector administration, the CUSTOM CODE: QUALITY (ATC) collector shows "Last Status" as: "Activate Help Assistant".
  Collector Log tab shows message: "No Data Available"
  
  
• The quality collector job: SM_CCLM:QUAL_* is not running for the managed system ID.
