Symptom
Is it possible to retrieve an email that have been sent to the candidate through Recruiting?
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Resolution
Currently, through Recruiting module, if an email has been sent, it's not possible to retrieve it however if the email was sent by SF but from the user's mailbox, the user can check if the email is still available to be retrieved. We from Product Support won't be able to determinate the same as any how-to, configuration question outside from SF Application is not within Product Support scope.
