3050961 - EWI - Issues with Defect Deferral proces

When performing Defect Deferral in the IMRO EWI workbench, the below data fields are not saved to the Notification and certain fields are wiped off. It wipes off the defect description that was originally found for the fault when the defect was created. Deferral description is entered in EWI but is not stored anywhere if the schedule date is changed or offset is input, it is not updating the date in the notification and "Order created" field should not come as checked while doing deferral.
