3051131 - Can't download XML documents when send to GT

There is an 500 internal server error when click send to GT but can't download the XML documents. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

1. Open app Create Outbound Files - China
2. Choose two billings and click Merge by Material
3. Click Send to GT and there is an 500 Internal Server Error, the XML document can't download

Not combine these billings first

Please combine these two billings first and then choose "Merge by Material" or "Merge by Sales Order Item".
