3051287 - "Hide Account Balance" setting on Time Profile not working in MSS scenario.

Symptom

Hide Account Balance = Yes setting on time profile is not respected when manager views subordinate's profile.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off

Cause

The Hide Account Balance setting on Time Profile is only supported for ESS scenario by design.

Resolution

We have an open enhancement (TIM-11901) to hide balnce in MSS scenario, but currently release is not planned. Once we have more information on release we will update this KBA to reflect the latest information.
