How to know the actual number of competencies flowing from the Job Requisition to Interview Central?

Is it possible to group the competencies or assign the competencies displayed in Interview central to separate Recruiting Operator roles?

The Competencies that are mapped to and present in the Interview Central are referred from: Manage Data >> JobReqCompetencyMappingEntity   >> input the external code

You can know the external code by following the below steps:

Admin Center >> Import and Export data >> Export JobReqCompetencyMappingEntity  >> Goto Monitor Job and download the data.

You now have the list of JobReqCompetencyMappingEntity  which has external code against each job req.

Input the external code which is related to the concerned Job Requisition.

Note: The competencies are sourced from the job requisitions and directly flow into Interview Central. These competencies on interview central cannot be assigned to separate Recruiting operator roles. Grouping of competencies/assigning competencies to separate roles is not possible, currently not supported.

In addition, it is not feasible to configure different competency sets for the Job Requisition and Interview Feedback Form.
