3051305 - All the Competencies in the Job Requisition are not appearing in the Interview Central.

While rating the candidate in Interview Central, all the competencies in the job req are not listed.

Goto Interview Central >> Select the candidate to rate

You find a mismatch in the number of competencies listed in the Job Req and in Interview Central.

The competency name might be exceeding the length that is configured.

The Competencies that are mapped to and present in the Interview Central are referred from : Manage Data >> JobReqCompetencyMappingEntity  (Refer to the KBA: 3051296)

Troubleshooting steps:

Goto Admin center >> Configure Object Definition >> JobReqCompetency >> find "name" under fields. Check for the Maximum length of name.

For ex: max length is 255.

Now copy a competency from the job req >> job profile , verify its length in notepad.

If the length of competency name in job profile exceeds 255 it will not flow to Interview Central. Hence either increase the "name" length OR have the competency name length less than whatever configured in the Configure Object Definition >> JobReqCompetency  page.

If the problem still persists even after verifying this, please raise a ticket with SAP Support.
