3051323 - Offboarding 1.0 - Offboarding is not reflecting in Hometab

Symptom

Onboarding/offboarding label does not appear in drop down for some users

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Reproducing the Issue

1.Login to Bizix

2.Navigate to onboarding

3,The label shows only offboarding for few users and only offboarding for few users

Cause

Onboarding/offboarding drop-down menu is related with Manage On/Offboarding of Administrator Permissions in manage permission role.

Resolution

1.Navigate to manage permission role

2. Select the role the user belongs to

3.Navigate to manage onboarding /offboarding and provide manage onboarding permission and manage offboarding permission to view both the labels in drop down.
