Scenario 1 - Initiate assessment manually

1. Open the candidate's application
2. Take Action > Initiate Assessment and Confirm
3. An application error occurs

Scenario 2 - Move a candidate to the assessment status

1. Select an assessment status on the Job Requisition Detail page
2. Move a candidate to the assessment status
3. An application error occurs

There is a misconfiguration in the Event Notification Subscription or it hasn't been configured.

The most common cause is incorrect Client Id or incorrect Event Type.

Please review the configuration. In Event Notification Subscription > Subscriber, the Client Id should be SHL.

In Event Notification Subscription > External Event, the Event Type should be rcm_assessment_alert_v2.

NOTE: rcm_assessment_alert_v2 is the event type used for SHL Assessment direct integration. For SHL Assessment middleware integration, the event type is rcm_assessment_alert.
