Gender value do not populate from RCM to Onboarding

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1.Initiate Onboarding from RCM to ONB with values for gender field

2. Values for gender field do not populate on onboarding fields

Gender field is configured as picklist at RCM and ONB end which is not supported.

This must be customized if customer needs to have picklist at both RCM and ONB end.

1.For example consider Gender1 is a picklist field in ONB panels with integration type Code based in Data dictionary

2.Add another custom field in Data dictionary for example Gender2

2.Data type of this field must be string

3. Use this field(Gender2) to map gender field in set up onboarding integration((additional key added must be used for mapping))

4.Navigate to super admin>process>onboarding process>step1>actions>new action

Add Gender1 in the key and Gender2 as a value,idea behind this is to copy the value from Gender2 to Gender1 and display in panels.
