Symptom

Compliance Forms and Compliance switch for Australia and UK are unavailable in Compliance Settings and Manage Data

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  • Go to Admin Centre > Compliance Settings
  • Switch for Australia and UK compliance are missing, USA is available
  • Go to Manage Data > Compliance Forms
  • No Results displayed except for USA forms (if enabled)

Cause

  • Media Service URL was down

Resolution

  • The Engineering Team has fixed the issue by updating the bundle in the Media Service for all the Preview Instance

  • Request you to run Bizx Daily Rule Processing Batch Job (bizXDailyRulesProcessingBatchJobType) or Please toggle any switch available in Compliance settings page if the issue persists
