3051505 - Manage My time sheet uses only two decimal places when rounding entries

When using Manage my time sheet, you notice that when changing the values to decimals, the system rounds the values for two places.

Standard Behavior.

When using time intervals smaller than 15 minutes, the system rounds up the last value of the three decimal places.

In order to get accurate reporting results, please use minimum time interval of 15 minutes.
