3051511 - TAC - HANA Memory Scenario: Memory issues in SolMan backend system

Symptom

  •  Focused Insights Tactical Dashboard for the HANA Memory scenario is enabled but it does not display HANA Memory metrics.
         It is displaying '#' and greyed out, or it takes a long time to load and shows some of the following errors:

error: HTTP request failed. code: 400 - Bad Request. 
dueTo: RFC-Error: No more memory available to add rows to an internal table

error: HTTP request failed. code: 400 - Bad Request.
dueTo: RFC-Error: No roll storage space of length 3360 available for OCCURS area. area.."

error: HTTP request failed. code: 400 - Bad Request.
dueTo: RFC-Error: The memory request for 18910823 bytes could not be complied with.."

  • In ST22 you find short dumps indicating low memory (TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED, TSV_TNEW_OCCURS_NO_ROLL_MEMORY, TSV_TABH_POOL_NO_ROLL_MEMORY, SYSTEM_NO_ROLL)
